Brickell City Living

2012 -- Set to be a booming year for Miami Real Estate, particularly in the financial district and Biscayne Corridor. The area is a perfect blend between casual and cosmopolitan living.

On Sunday I walked past the Brickell Farmers Market to find a band setting up for live music. I am given one more reason to admire the community in I've which lived in for a decade and come to love. The Farmers Market is at Central Park Miami, beside Infinity - a modern loft style condo, part of the impressive ST collection. Among other projects, ST currently holds Mint at Riverfront and Paramount On The Bay featuring expansive water views, situated right in front of Margate Park on the Biscayne Corridor. Paramount is close to 40% sold in only the 3 short months since the sales center opened, with 7 out of 11 of the $3 Million + Penthouses sold (one of them to Lenny Kravitz, whose firm 'Kravitz Design' has been contracted to design the common areas).

Central Park Miami is becoming one of the most talked about future dining & drinking destinations in all of South Florida. And we have it in our backyard. Not that we are in need over here......as it is there is a plethora of establishments to choose from. With this project, Brickell has once again surpassed its residents' desires, lucky bunch that we are.
